Fans - introduction

Our company has years of experience in manufacturing fans for industrial purpose. Besides the standard fans, our delivery-program consists of various types of "Heavy Duty" fans that find application with high pressures and large air quantities.

These fans can be delivered in the following special arrangements:
In ATEX zone 1 and 2, and zone 21 and 22 construction.

These fans can be delivered in the following special arrangements:

For higher temperatures (up to 700 ˚C), made of heat resistant steal;
For aggressive gases made of stainless steel or supplied with a special coating;
For high dust-concentrations; the fan and the housing fitted with liners;
In gastight and spark-resistant construction.

Type A - Airfoil
Shape:
Backward curved airfoil blades. True non-overloading characteristic.

Application:
Clean air and gasses.

Type B
Shape:
Flat backward inclinedl blades. True non-overloading characteristic.

Application:
Processing of fumes and air containing small concentration of dust; e.g. behind filters, cyclones or scrubbers.

Type C
Shape:
Forward curved blades.

Application:
Processing of clean air and gases; low pressure. E.g. Recirculation of air in installation/machine.

Type Radial
Shape:
Wheel with radial blades.

Application:
Higher load systems e.g. material transport, air knifes, fresh air inlet for combustion installations, exhaust of chips and shavings, drying and combustion installations.
